VPS Lakeshore has started Nucleic Acid Test(NAT)

VPS Lakeshore has started Nucleic Acid Test(NAT) to reduce the risk of Transfusion Transmissible Infections (TTI) like HIV, HBV, and HCV in the recipients through the blood transfusion. NAT is a molecular technique for screening blood donations to reduce the risk of TTIs in the recipients, thus providing an additional layer of blood safety.
