Spyglass DS II - The latest Advancement in Cholangioscopy now at VPS Lakeshore

Spyglass Cholangiopancreatoscopy is Cholangioscopy using the Spyglass system.Chonlangioscopy is a small endoscope that can be passed into the bile duct and the pancreatic duct. Also, VPS Lakeshore Gastroenterology department was the 1st centre in Kerala offering this procedure since 2012 and have done 100’s of cases over the years where we visualize the bile duct and pancreatic duct and perform interventions such as Spy Bite biopsies from the bile duct as well as procedures such as laser lithotripsy for Bile duct and pancreatic stones and Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) for cholangiocarcinoma. 

We have now upgraded to the latest Spyglass DS2 which is the 2nd installation in India. These DS2 has better, higher quality images and advanced accessories available for interventions.
