SERVICES Diagnostic Tests and Procedures:

1. Sleep Lab

The highly advanced sleep lab is for Polysomnography. It is a sleep disorder diagnostic test, in which your brain waves, the oxygen level in the blood, heart rate, breathing, and eye and leg movements during sleep are recorded. Typically polysomnography is done at night, but it is also possible to do it during the day, even at your home. In addition to diagnosing sleep disorders, polysomnography can also serve as a very useful tool in the formulation of the treatment plan. Our team of experienced doctors & support staffs are trained to evaluate, diagnose and manage all types of sleep disorders in adults and children. In addition to monitoring sleep stages and cycles, polysomnography can help identify if sleep patterns are disrupted and why. Unlike other sleep tests, polysomnography is noninvasive and painless. We provide this facility in your comfort too. Our experienced team will reach your home within a 25 kilometers radium around the hospital to do this procedure. Many patients suffer from more than one sleep disorder, comprehensive evaluation and follow-up is our focus.

2. Thoracoscopy 

Thoracoscopy/pleuroscopy is a safe and effective modality in the diagnosis and treatment of several pleuro-pulmonary disorders like tuberculosis, lung cancer, pleural metastasis. It can be performed in an endoscopy suite under local anesthesia or conscious sedation using a semi-rigid thoracoscope.
